Innovative Technologies is a family-owned company with 24 years of experience based in Albany, California. Highly trained professionals continuously supervise our CLASS AA UL LISTED monitoring station located in San Mateo.  Our name has become synonymous with both superior service and integrity.

 

The founder Michael Cutler, is a Fire Protection Engineer who graduated from the University of Maryland, 1994 with a B.S. In Fire Protection Engineering.  After graduation, he worked as a consultant with one of the three major Fire Protection Engineering firms.  His duties included fire alarm design, consulting, project management and a liason between the Building Owner/Management and the Authority Having Jurisdiction.  This experience along with his entreprenurial experience enabled him to establish a full service design/build fire alarm company in 1999.

 

Innovative Technologies’ trained installation and service technicians are highly regarded as experts in the industry.  Keep in mind that all equipment is not created equal; we only provide and install systems that have proven to be the best in the industry.  In fact, our prices are competitive.  Innovative Technologies is a licensed, bonded and insured C-10 electrical contractor that professionally designs and installs fire alarm and security systems, telephone entry systems, card access, CCTV, and intercom systems in a timely, clean and workmanlike manner.  Innovative Technologies will comply with all applicable local codes on all installations and inspections.  And finally, you will be fully trained on your system’s operation at the completion of any installation.  SAFETY, QUALITY, AND PEACE OF MIND!!!
